Jessica is mean, snobby and a fashionista like MacKenzie, as well as very rich and in the CCP (Cute, Cool and Popular) clique. She is the secretary in the main office and treats everybody rudely (except her friends). She usually paints her nails during secretary business and gives MacKenzie makeovers at school.
